2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option chosen:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. & Canada): 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (U.S. & Canada): 3-5 business days
  • International Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
  • International Express Shipping: 5-7 business days

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via our tracking portal or directly through the shipping carrier’s website.

4. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For more details, visit our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product or variant, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

6. What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo or video of the damage along with your order number to support@glamazou.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

8. How do I choose the right shade for makeup products?

9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After 24 hours, we begin processing, and the order cannot be canceled. If you need assistance, please contact us at support@glamazou.com as soon as possible.
